At En Fleur Behavior Analysis, we believe in each child’s ability to grow, thrive, and blossom — like the flowers that inspired our name. We provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy in homes, schools, and communities, creating safe, nurturing environments where children can learn and develop meaningful life skills. Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians works closely with families to create personalized programs tailored to each child’s needs — focusing on communication, behavior, social skills, and independence. Together, we help children reach their full potential while supporting the families who love them.
Joelle Rodriguez

Our Founder
Joelle has dedicated over 20 years to supporting children and families through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her mission is to expand access to high-quality autism services on Oahu and help families better understand complex needs through compassionate, expert care.
She earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from Hawaii Pacific University and a master’s in Special Education from Chaminade University. Prior to founding En Fleur in 2020, Joelle served in various roles including Special Education Teacher, Autism Consultant, BISS, and Lead Behavior Analyst.
With deep experience in home, school, and community-based therapy, Joelle specializes in developing individualized programs that build communication, social skills, and independence. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her two boys and husband of 17 years.
